KCS Mega Round the Island Night Convoy

What a great nite out! It was super! I couldn't even begin to describe the feeling when I saw the trail of lights on the highway only to realise that they were all members of KCS on it's first ever Singapore night convoy. This historical event began at Kallang Mac and it ended at West Caost Mac but the journey was nothing short of spectacular. From the beautiful lights of Changi's runways to the heavenly sights at Jurong Hill, our members really did soak up the atmosphere of Singapore's night skyline. Plus we had a convoy catwalk at YD, dinner at Changi V, a mini-autoshow at Jurong Hill, photoshoots at various scenic places....wow what a super packed event. All thanks to all the members who came and supported the event. You guys are amazing.

4th KCS Anniversary Photoshoot at Kallang Stadium

Yet another wonderful event for Kelisas, Kenaris and our Frenz who turn up to celebrate our 4th Anniversary of KCS. Eventhough the downpour did worry us for a moment there, it finally stopped at around 4 and it was wonderful weather all the way. Many newbies turned up as well as the seniors and our frenz from KOGS and MyVIC club as well. Thanks all for showing your support for this event. During the event we had a member propose to his girlfriend. That was something memorable indeed. Not forgetting we have now a 2008 KCS T-Shirt on sale. Many members didn't wait long to get their hands on the T-shirt. KCS hopes we can organize more events in the future and we hope we will get the support form our members. Thank you all for coming.

Hi all, it's been quite a while since we had our last major meet-up. I'm sure most of the members are really looking forward and wondering when is the next one?

Well guys, here's the good news. KCS is gonna have it's 4th Anniversary Photoshoot cum Mega Meet-up. Feelin' excited yet? You guys should be. This is one of the rare chance where we can all gather and have our photos taken as one big group. How often can we have an oppurtunity such as this?

So don't miss your chance to get your photo taken as a club. Hurry-hurry put down your name down and come support this very rare and fun filled event!

Date: 10th August 2008 (Sunday)

Time: 1400 hrs

Location: Kallang Stadium Carpark J

Activities: Celebrate KCS 4th Anniversary, Photoshoot, Newbie Registration, Club Decal sale, chit-chat and getting to know one another better.

This shall be the shedule for that day.

1400 - 1430 hrs: Members start to come in and registration.

1430 - 1600 hrs: Start marshalling and taking photos of the cars (according to Colours)
First in line will be Gold ----> Blue ----> Mocha ----> White ----> Silver.

1600 - 1630 hrs: Marshalling and taking photos of Other car makes and frens of KCS

1630 - 1730 hrs: Whole group of cars and of course group photos of the members.

1730 - 1800 hrs: Selling of decals and that Special Suprise. Message from Chairman.

1815 hrs: End of event.

Members will be given a bottle of Newater courtesy of PUB.

Welcoming the Newbies Meet-Up 2008

Wow....what a great event. After a long long long break, this meet-up certainly cured any symptoms of the dreaded "to little meet-up session" syndrome. Even with the rain which is notning unusual for any KCS meet-up, once again KCS members stood their ground and came in droves to Kallang Mac for a nite of sharing and fun. Safe to say we fulfilled our objectives to get the newbies registered and they got to lay their hands on our exclusive KCS decal. In addition, our Chairman bro miniDOHC has also announced the re-opening of the much anticipated Numbering Stickers. Now how's that for exciting.

Wanna give out a big thank you to all the KOGS members who turned up especially to bro Rovermania and bro Maxtoocrazy. Not forgetting bro White from MyviClub. Thanks for making your way down to Kallang bro. Thanks to all the members who came and lend us your support and last but not least, to all the wonderful NEWBIES who showed up. Thank you guys...all of you. Hope to see you soon.

The rain didn't stop us from having a wonderful meet-up at Marina South Carpark A with our good friends from Yaris Club and Toyota Club. The highlight of the meet-up I must say was the photo taking session. After the meet-up some of fishes went down to Kallang Mac for some makan then later witnessed the fireworks display at Tangjung Rhu. Phew....what a day it was. Swee...

SPC MINDS Car Wash Meet -UP

Wow...yet another busy weekend for our club. Firstly we had a charity event involving the good people of MINDS and SPC. We came down with our dirty fishes to see for ourselves how good the guys at the carwash were. True enough, these guys were professionals I tell you. Simply an amazing bunch of people. *salute* Our fishes came out spick and span plus squeeky clean. We were also joined by our good friends from Copen Club, our bro Rovermania (from KOGS)and not forgetting bro bluecity (from Cityzen Club). Happy with our spotlessly clean fishes, we were off to Kallang Mac to meet-up with Mitsubishi i club and Copen Club. We sure had fun getting to know our new found friends. Sadly, as the day ended and we said our good byes to each other, I think everyone went home happy that day knowing that we have done our little part for the society.

KCS 3rd ANNIVERSARY MAJOR EVENT/MEET-UP

Yeahhhh!!!! We are 3 years old! And to celebrate this joyous occasion we had a major meet-up on the 24th of June 2007 which began at Marina South Carpark A on a hot, sweltering Sunday afternoon. Although we did experience a bit of rain, even that wasn't enough to dampen the spirits of our Kelisa owners from coming down to support this event. You guys are amazing. On top of that we also had our treasure hunt whereby fish owner pit their knowledge on the history of Singapore as well as their navigational skill against one another until one team was crowned the winner that day. Not forgetting our good good frens from Myvi Club, Kogs, bro whitesnail, bro GEN2 and bro bluecity. It was truly a day of excitement and joy for members of the Kelisa family.

Major Meetup & Tulip Hearts Day @ 3rd Sept 2006

Tulip Hearts Day is Children's Cancer Foundation's.annual
fund-raising EVent to be held on 3rd September 2006.

In true Tulip Hearts Day tradition,
volunteers will be out in unity islandwide, raising funds through the sales of
more than 100,000 handmade tulips to create awareness of childhood cancer. To
help raise further awareness among the public, and in the absence of major
sponsors towards CCF, we will be organising our THD2006 Drive-Thru for the 3rd
year running.

And in true EuroVanClub (EVC) tradition,
we will be adopting the EVent for the 5th consecutive year - in an attempt to
reach out to more kind-hearted donors. The purpose of the Drive-Thru is to make
it more accessible to reach out to donors in the driving community whom might be
driving past on the EVent day and to have a permanent location for drivers to
make their donation. We will have volunteers stationed at Kallang carpark for
the sales of the tulips. Our road marshalls will be there to provide assistance
for donors.

Silk cocooned tulips will be sold at $2 each to help raise fund CCF. There will
be approximately 14 colours to choose from. An exhibition area will also be set
up inside Take 5 Kopitiam to help raise awareness on childhood cancer, "Boy
Girl" handphone strap cum bookmark at $5 each will also be sold at the counter
next to the exhibition area.

We sincerely hope like-minded people who wish to make this year's EVent a more
successful one then the last, can set aside an hour of your precious time on
that Sunday to make a trip down to Kallang. Purchase the tulips from our
volunteers, making it ours, and your day a truly fruitful and eventful day out
of 365.

1. Free inspection on our fishes
2. 10% disc if we are doing our servicing on that day
3. Entitle 10% disc of all original parts purchase on that day, or deposit for ordering those parts/items not available but still entitle the 10% disc.

For once the committee member isn't working, hahaha...... This convoy was initialed by Swooshben. The convoy team left Kallang Macdonalds at about 8.30pm. Arrived at Yishun Dam at 9.15pm.... took some pictures, admire the night view. At 9.45pm, proceeds to the next destination at Lorong Sesuai 20 mins later. The team arrived at 10.20pm. The western fishes decides to drop out from the team from Lor Sesuai. Only left with a few good man to proceed to West Coast Macdonalds for supper at 10.50pm. Zenden Strut Bar Convoy

On the 10th Sept' 05, 6 Kelisa ventured out to Batu Bahuat in search of the "ZENDEN" strut bar to make their fishes more stable. They stopped over to re-charged. Actually a certain individual needs to relief himself!

Hot stuff Shot! SUCCESS!!!

Our Hot Stuff Shot turn out to be quite a big success with 32 fishes turning up for the shot.

The fishes start swimming in around 2pm and it took us some 45-50 minutes forming up for the shot. Of course it isn't a silent 50 minutes, with laughers and jokes, engines and smoke! Trust us to leave the park in peace...Ha!

After the shot, we also took individual shots. Most of the fish were taken, but some have to leave early, too bad. After that, the remaining few of us finished off with a dinner and some ice-creams. What an evenful day.

For the very first time! We are having our very own club polo T-shirt. The polo T will have a base colour of white with black collar.
Design of the Ts will be as follow "Kelisa Club Singapore" will be embroided on the left chest. A picture of the Kelisa will be at the top rear centre of the back.

This is our club's first project, we hope everyone will help us make it happen.

Kelisa Meetup #7: Club's Annual Photo Shoot!

1.) Vincent (aka VCkelisa) is the scooterman.
2.) Kevin (aka stinkyfoot17) is the scrambler + gf + a full pack camera equipment!
3.) Amas (aka EC82) + wife + doggie with fish with champagne gold / black top.
4.) Tock (aka tockkl) with the fish with silver / black top. with spoiler inside the boot.
5.) The Ang family of 4 with Kelisa 1st edition in champagne gold.

Nice to have you with us @ the meetup! Hope to see you all again on our future meetups, JB trips, outing, etc. ;-)
